I recently came across this 2013 Whole Living Action Plan on Pinterest and I was immediately inspired! This 21-Day plan includes helpful hints, tips, recipes and more!
A few minutes after finding this plan, I saw information about The Chopra Center’s 21-Day Meditation Challenge.
Coincidence? I think not.
Starting on March 11th (the first day of the meditation challenge) I’ll be kicking off my personal 21-Day Wellness Challenge. I plan to follow the 2013 Whole Living Action Plan Recipes (will substitute veg items for the fish) and follow the daily meditations. Check back here for daily updates!
